• 20% reduced footprint for the CC160 model compared to our previous generation
Ease of use
• Intuitive interface
• 4 pre-recorded programmes and 10 recordable programmes with PREMIUM control
• Preservation mode available independently of a cycle
• USB CONNECTION
Ergonomics
• Ergonomic handle for right- and left-handed users
• Side grip for easy opening
• Control panel built into the door at eye level
• Easy manoeuvrability of the trolley in the cell thanks to wider space for swivelling the castors
Robustness
• 3 reinforced aluminium alloy hinges with 3-axis adjustment and captive covers
• Increased door thickness: before 50mm / now 70mm
• Robust handle
Reliability
• ISO 9001 factory
• 40 years’ experience in designing refrigeration equipment
• Quality components with recognised brands: CAREL / EVCO / ZIEHL-ABEGG fan / TECUMSEH compressor / DELTA COILS evaporator / SANHUA expansion valve
• IP65 protection on the front panel
• IP44 protection on fans
Performance
• Silent “owl wing” fan blades with ferrules to optimise airflow and reduce noise
• Corrosion-resistant evaporator with horizontal fins for more even cooling
• Tested to standard EN17032(1): 80kg of mashed potatoes – 40 GN1/2 trays, 35mm high, each containing 2kg of mashed potatoes – on GN1/1 trolley, 20 levels

Materials and equipment
- 304 stainless steel on all sides (including back, top and bottom)
- Equipment delivered 1-assembled with condensing unit on top or unit next to it ready for connection / 2-pre-assembled (assembled but not fixed) / 3-disassembled (see technical data sheets)
- A pump down solenoid valve, dryer, expansion valve and liquid sight glass are supplied for a separate unit not fitted to the cell. The condensing unit is not charged with gas, but the evaporator and the unit are pressurised with nitrogen.
- Stainless steel flooring as standard for cooling cell
- Insulated stainless steel flooring as standard for combined cell (18 mm high-density PE sheet)
- Insulation thickness 70mm
- Panels injected with CFC-free polyurethane foam at 42kg/m³ – hinges on the right as standard
- 3 reinforced aluminium alloy hinges with 3-axis adjustment and captive covers
- Direct drainage of condensation water or by coupling two drainage points on the appliance (back and side)
- Fluid R452A or subcritical CO2 (without expansion valve) Other fluids: contact us
